LiteEarth is easy and efficient to install.

The composite is delivered to project site in pre-manufactured size and length specifications. Only layout, positioning, anchoring and quick seaming is necessary on site. This eliminates repeat visits to apply layers of capping materials and the associated labor.

The patented LiteEarth system is carefully installed by our certified partner:
Global Containment Solutions (Exclusive distributor for Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee).

Easy Repairs

LiteEarth is also easy and inexpensive to modify and seal for corners, pipes and edges. Completed repairs are hard to visually see and continue to keep the system’s impermeability and performance integrity.

Versatility and Flexibility

The LiteEarth composite is designed to meet the needs of a variety of application and install methods. A trenchless earth anchoring system allows for quick and easy install, and stabilizes flat and sloped terrain for maximum wind resistance. However, traditional roads or trenches can also easily be used or supplemented.

Lay out roll of LiteEarth turf composite.

If using an earth anchor installation, place plates underneath LiteEarth and outside of the seam to maintain impermeable conditions.

Position two turf panels side by side. Roll back top of overlap panel to prepare the seam.

Stir the seaming prime adhesive.

Apply prime adhesive on both the top and bottom 7″ wide blank, immediately next to synthetic turf. Allow adhesive to flash off.

Place butyl adhesive tape onto bottom panel, on top of seaming primer.

Apply pressure to tape with silicone rubber roller.

Remove release paper and place top panel into position on bottom panel. Lightly roll over LiteEarth composite.
